I feel like the game is a bit too difficult. But this might have been due to the fact that all the controls are in one hand. Since you don't use the mouse for anything I would include both hands in the movement or have double binds to let the player choose. One example may be to steer with the arrow keys and use C and X to fly up and pickup boxes.
I think the art is very consistent and greatly highlights what's important.
I am no music expert but I like the fact that there are multiple tracks.
Great sprites and tiles, great animations, movement is smooth. Just all around great. Awesome work allowing button configs too, appreciate all the polish.
If I could offer feedback, it'd be to switch up the default controls to W - fly, A/D-Left Right and Spacebar for pickup and ESC for Pause. It felt wayyy more natural, personally.
I understand where you are coming regarding on the controls, as what you suggested used to be the default controls. The issue I came across on more difficult levels was that it felt like my fingers were cramped in the WASD area. My solution was to spread out the controls a little more, but still give players the option to change them back if it felt more natural to them.

After considering the feedback given to me, I have changed the default controls.
Move | A - D
Fly | W
Pick up/drop box | Space
Pause | E
I have left pause as E because the escape key would close fullscreen on the browser version.
